  Upon browsing the Internet, I came across this website that provides "frugal tips to help Earthlings survive the economic recession." It provides great posts that are hilarious to read. I couldn't help but laughing as I read the Recession Tip 10 (Part 1) to be a "brown-noser" to keep your job (excellent advice):

  "Hang on to your job at all costs! Suck up to higher authority! It's the Recession, Didiot.
  

  COMPLIMENT your boss, sincerely, of course. Tell them you like the clothing they wear. Even better, compliment them on their massive brain power. Make sure they know you think he/she is a genius."
